You pre approve all prices and the wormers are sent in the post one week before they are due with a treatment reminder.

 

 

What could be easier when you need to worm your horse or pony than the wormers arriving in the post just before the worming date? 

If you advise us of your worming program then we will provide a fixed price quote for the supply of the products.  You then have the option of whether to return it for registration or not.  There is no obligation to purchase by requesting a quote.  You can either use your own program, one of our standard programs (chemical or herbal), or ask our consultants to design a tailored program specific to you and your horse(s)/ponies.

You are in control at all times:

You pre agree all prices.

You approve a despatch schedule of dates, quantities and product.

You can cancel at anytime with no penalty charges at all.

What is involved in the automated service?

Register you own worming programme with us, use one of our standard chemical programs or ask for a programme to be designed for you.  We will provide a fixed quote for the supply of wormers and worm egg counts.

You approve the quote and return to us for registration.

You can choose to spread the cost over three or ten months.

What if I change my mind?

You can cancel the agreement at any time and will only have to pay for the products and services that have been provided.  There are no cancellation penalties.

 

What if I can get the wormers cheaper elsewhere?

We price match to all other worming companies on a weekly basis and have found that there can be a difference in price, sometimes in our favour and sometimes against.

Our existing customers say that the time saving and convenience of the automated service outweighs the times when the price fluctuates against our quote.

However you are free to cancel the agreement at any time should you require, for any reason, without penalty.

 

What if I am on a yard programme?

We can supply to you as an individual or what often happens is that once one person in a DIY livery yard is registered then the rest of the yard joins as well.  In this case, in addition to your personnel treatment record, we would keep a yard treatment record.  This can be used to assess yard pasture contamination if worm egg counts are included in the programme.

 

What if I run a yard programme?

We can register you as the yard manager and you can order wormers for the horses at the yard.  You will not be able to order wormers for horses other than those at the yard which you are managing.  This is a legal restriction.

You also have the option to open a credit facility with us or spread the cost over ten months by standing order.
